China-based equity investment company Origo Partners has teamed up with Myanmar’s Serge Pun & Associates in a joint venture to identify investment opportunities in Myanmar, according to the company’s press release.
The entity will be owned equally by both firms.
The JV was formed “to identify investment opportunities across the natural resources and other sectors in Myanmar,” says the press release.
The joint venture will be named as SPA Origo Myanmar Holding Co Pte Ltd.
